Included in your Tiny Blox kit are the aluminium doors and windows to your colour choice. These will be as per the Tiny Blox plan you select.

Earthwool R1.5 wall insulation is supplied for simple, safe and highly effective temperature control.

Choose from 9 colours of acoustic loose lay vinyl plank flooring. Easy to install and super strong. 

Internal cladding is also included in your kit and is 1200mm smooth Weathertex ready for painting. Note that no plastering, cornice or architraves are required. Simply putty screw holes and paint. Depending on the quality of your cuts, you can always add a top and bottom timber architrave to cover gaps if you like.

For those that want a low impact alternative, the floor system option provides an elevated design which includes eco footings that don't require concrete.

The TINY BLOX Steel Floor System includes the steel poles, footings designed to nail into the ground without the need for concrete and the joists and bearers required to build your floor plus a yellow tongue particleboard floor substrate or timber decking if outdoor.

Standard supply is without a floor structure which is designed for those that plan to install a concrete slab to build their Tiny Blox on.

*Our investigations show that most councils do not require DA Approval for a secondary dwelling. In many councils a secondary dwelling under a certain size (e.g. 80sqm) is self assessable meaning that we can work with our private certifiers to get approval to commence building works without a Council Approval. In some councils, buildings under 10sqm (i.e. Sheds) require no approval at all and can actually be constructed without Building Works Approval. Every council is different. You should do your own due diligence in your specific area.
